自分は投稿せずに、練習がてら、とりあえずこんな風に訳しました。
They only follow our instructions and don't contact us even when they are aware that something is wrong in the process, e.g. the image is dark, because they are not supposed to do so. Thus, images they send us look totally awful, and we often have to request modifications.
